Feast of the Flesh 2026 Brings Monsters, Horror, Camping and Ritual to Fröhlich Woods
FRANKENMUTH, MI — July 27, 2026 — Feast of the Flesh 2026: The Curse of Fröhlich Woods returns August 21 and 22 for an immersive 18+ queer horror campout and drag festival presented by Monster Entertainment Group.
Held at Fröhlich Woods near Frankenmuth, Michigan, the two-day event brings together monsters, live performance, music, vendors, workshops, camping and immersive horror inside the cursed remains of a forgotten woodland settlement.
Feast of the Flesh is a fundraiser for the nonprofit Monster Drag Collective, which supports alternative and marginalized performers, including queer, trans, gender-nonconforming, BIPOC, disabled and neurodivergent artists.
Friday programming runs from 6:00 PM to midnight. Saturday programming runs from noon to midnight. Campers receive additional late-night dance programming from midnight to 2:00 AM both nights.
Saturday daytime programming will include vendors, workshops, acoustic performances, a drum circle, Monster Summer Camp activities and the Feast Sigil Hunt. Evening programming will feature drag, music, live entertainment and the Saturday night Feast.
Current ticket options include Friday admission, Saturday admission, Weekend Passes and group camping. Eventbrite fees apply.
All ticket sales end August 15, 2026. There will be no door sales. Every camper must be registered with an approved campsite by August 15. No late campsite additions will be accepted.
Feast of the Flesh takes place at 5520 Baker Road, Frankenmuth, Michigan. The event is held on private property, and guests must follow the official arrival, parking and check-in instructions provided by the event team.
