We are seeking an Event Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and wants to help build something extraordinary.
This role works directly with the Founder and CEO to execute events, coordinate logistics, and help grow Monster Entertainment Group into one of the most exciting live entertainment brands in the Midwest.

Position Overview
The Event Coordinator is responsible for helping plan, organize, and execute Monster Entertainment Group events from concept to completion.
You will work directly with the Founder to turn creative ideas into fully realized productions. This includes coordinating performers, vendors, venues, volunteers, and production teams while ensuring every event runs smoothly.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about live entertainment.
We are building a company with serious growth potential, and the right person in this role will play a key part in scaling operations, increasing event revenue, and expanding into new markets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Event Planning and Production
- Assist in planning and organizing live events from concept through execution
- Coordinate timelines, schedules, rehearsals, and production logistics
- Work directly with the Founder to execute the creative vision for each event
- Help manage event budgets and production planning
- Assist with venue coordination, setup, and breakdown
2. Vendor and Performer Coordination
- Coordinate communication with performers, DJs, vendors, and partners
- Ensure contracts, logistics, and schedules are organized and confirmed
- Assist in coordinating load-in, sound checks, rehearsals, and stage flow
- Ensure all performers and vendors have what they need for successful shows
3. On-Site Event Management
- Be present at events and assist with running operations
- Help manage staff, volunteers, and production teams
- Troubleshoot issues and keep the event running smoothly
- Ensure guests, performers, and partners have a great experience
4. Community and Partnership Development
- Build relationships with local businesses, venues, and creative partners
- Help identify collaboration opportunities and event partnerships
5. Operational Support
- Maintain event planning systems and documentation
- Assist with logistics including ticketing, schedules, and staffing
- Track event feedback and help improve future productions

Work Environment
This role blends planning and production. Some work can be done remotely, but events require in-person coordination.
